Shop Local

Local business owners have a tremendous impact on their local economy.  For perspective, there are 23 million small businesses in the United States, having grown by 49% since 1982. Small businesses donate 250% more than larger businesses to non-profits and community causes. When you spend $100 at a local business, approximately $68 stays in your local economy, whereas when you spend the same amount of money at a larger business, only $43 stays in your local economy.

When doing your holiday shopping, we encourage you to support Southwest Louisiana businesses. While it would be impossible to list all area retail businesses in this space, here is a list to get you started.
