Buying or selling a home boils down to reaching a compromise. In most cases, concessions are made in an effort to agree on terms such as price, time frame and condition of the house.

Most everyone knows the basics for selling a home - curb appeal, de-cluttering, and even lighting a scented candle. These are easy things to do and most of them are common sense. But, what else can a potential seller do to entice the attention of a would-be buyer?
